Shipping Policies
We do our best to ship in stock orders within 3-5 days.
Some items are shipped directly from the designer, therefore, you may get your items in multiple shipments delivered by different carriers. These carriers include: DHL, USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates/methods, please contact us.
The average shipping time is 5 - 7 days, unless item is custom made (please note that this means a regular, in-stock item could take as long as 12 business days to arrive). Please read descriptions carefully to determine if you have ordered a custom made item. For custom made items, processing time is approximately 2 - 4 weeks before the item is shipped. We do not guarantee shipping times, if you need an item by a certain date please email us prior to ordering.
Express Shipping is available for an additional charge on many of the items on our site. If express shipping is needed, please email for availability and a price quote prior to placing the order.
Shipping and handling rates are as follows:
$0 - $25 = $5.95
$25.01 - $50 = $8.95
$50.01 - $88 = $11.95
$88.01 - $125 = $13.95

*Shipping cost is based on ground shipping in the 48 continental states and excludes any additional delivery charges as noted in the product description area.
Special order and custom made and furniture items are not refundable unless there is a defect.
